Take the Noose Off Your Ambition

When deciding what to name this blog, I took votes, asked advice, and rifled through tons of saved quotes and jokes. It was a tough decision. I felt that the titles I considered deserved SOME recognition, and others I promised to incorporate somehow. So here are some titles that just didn't cut it:

Take the Noose Off Your Ambition
A quote from one of my favorite songs, "Throw Away Your Television" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, I felt that this quote was a good candidate. It came in a close second. I promised that it would be used somehow, and it will be used more than once in my posts at random times, but for now, it's simply the title of this post. The title I actually chose (For those of you too lazy to look up or don't realize that my title is, what, 5 inches from where you're staring right now? Yeah, it's Reinventing Intuition, but I'm sure you already knew that) is also from this song, minus the fact that the true lyric is "Reinvent Your Intuition." However, I felt that commanding you to do so was inappropriate on my part. So I held back.

All For One and One For All
I don't know why I liked this...in hindsight, it was stupid to consider, so I won't go into detail on this one. I'll take this opportunity to say that most explanations won't be as drawn out as the one above. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Crawling To The Moon
From the lyric, "I'll make it to the moon if I have to crawl," from the Red Hot Chili Peppers' song "Scar Tissue." I've always liked this quote. That is all.

Which Way's Up?
Ok this one actually has a purpose. The other night I had this dream. I don't recall what it was about...but nonetheless I DO remember the last quote spoken by I character I didn't recognize. He said, "Sometimes I think to myself, and I realize, maybe I don't know which way is up anymore. Maybe up is just where I'd like it to be, and wherever I go I'm moving up in my own personal opinion..." Or something to that effect...

There were a few others that crossed my mind, but I don't remember them and neglected to document them in any way. Sorry. This is all you get for today.
